enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities so that all children get the chance to experience and explore their talents.<\/li><li>Finding out more about the children\u2019s talents and interests outside school and promoting them further.<\/li><li>Encouraging and teaching our core values \u2018Inspire, Encourage, Believe\u2019.<\/li><li>We are constantly reviewing our approach\u00a0to ensure
